I’m a designer, writer, and artist. I aim to create conversational chatbots that help users accomplish tasks easily without having to learn how to use new interfaces. Leveraging their existing knowledge of how to converse with others, users can engage with a chatbot naturally. I use my writing background to craft conversation flows and prompts that present information in a lightweight, easily-accessible manner. My background in teaching informs how I break down complex information into a digestible format.
